-‐ Intro to Neuromuscular overload drills (how to handle it)
-‐ Intro to Basketball Lower and Upper Body Strength
-‐ Skill work to the basket
-‐ Afternoon Workout: Combine and Analysis Testing

-‐ Continue Basketball Lower and Upper Body Strength

-‐ We will put athletes through the some of the same drills we do with Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Anthony Morrow (New Orleans Pelicans), and Patrick Beverley (Houston Rockets)
Day 5
-‐ Morning Workout -‐ Individual Strength, Speed, and Skill
-‐ 10am -‐ Accelerate Basketball Campus
-‐ We will get more aggressive with their strength movements on this day
-‐ Core strength exercises will be integrated
-‐ We will introduce a new method of ball handling (FitLight Trainer)
-‐ Our workouts will increase in speed and intensity
-‐ Afternoon Workout
-‐ 4pm – Off-‐Site Gym
-‐ Continue building from the day before
-‐ Continue competitive situations
-‐ Continue developing team concepts and spacing
-‐ Shooting Competitions
